Barrett Residence

I had the pleasure of working with Dee Barrett on the restoration of her 1921 Historic Bungalow located in the Ontario Model Colony. The scope of services included electrical, new french doors, butler's pantry conversion and entire kitchen remodel. Dee prefers clean, simple lines and wanted the kitchen to reflect the homes true 1920's architecture. New custom white cabinets, white subway tile, black honed granite, period hardware, frosted glass, and under counter lighting brought back the original charm while keeping the small galley kitchen light and airy. I am thrilled that the Berrett residence was the recipient of Ontario's Model Colony Historic Restoration Award for 2010. It was an honor and joy to work on this restoration project.
